It's not official site news, but my friend's variety reading site has joined carl's guides as a new subdomain.

It's not gaming related but some people might find some relief from boredom by reading his collection of funny email forwards, inspirational stories and other miscellaneous material. It's quite the large site so there's potential for most people to find something interesting there.

Well well, good news for the site. I got a job and will soon be able to afford to get the new PC I want and work on making guides for the newest games. Another thing I want to do is buy a psp. I'll have to start saving up for it after the holidays.

My first upcoming purchase is going to be Zero Hour for Generals. I want to make a walkthrough and review for it. That'll be coming up in a few weeks. Otherwise, I'll be a little strapped for time while I adjust to the new job and site development may slow a bit.

The Starcraft Walkthrough is now mostly completed. It's fully functional, but the Terrans still don't have screenshots. Still, I'm happy to call it done for now as I move on to another project. I will of course finish the guide properly in the near future, I just have other things to do.

I've moved some of my content for new Webmasters to this site. It's a fairly useful resource page with some tips and tricks I've picked up along the way. Those new to it will likely see a few useful tidbits here and there, along with some highly useful links that I use almost every day.

Also, I've moved my movie reviews to this site, rather than the old free host. It has its own subdomain and probably won't be updated very often now unless I see something I feel is worth mentioning. I've got more important things to do.

That move sure took a while. It's the first time I've gone like a week without touching the site. At any rate, I've made progress while waiting or my phone to get turned on. Protoss missions seven, eight and nine are all done. I'm working on a good solution to mission 10 and going to add some screenshots to the Terran campaign, although probably not as many as the other races have, then I'll be done completely. And I probably won't feel like touching starcraft for a while afterward. This has been one very long project, and after the move I feel like playing some games for recreation for a couple of days.
