Play Battle Pong

This is truly a cool mix on the old pong game. You can collect powerups which do various things. One type will increase the length of your paddle, which gives you an obvious advantage in defense but makes you more vulnerable to the weapons. There's a homing missile which, although fairly easy to avoid, can be a big distraction when you're trying to hit the ball. If you take a shot to the paddle, you lose some health. Hits on the wall behind your paddle will also cause damage, but only when you fail to block the ball. Weapons must connect with the paddle to cause damage.

You will also discover that you may attain bad powerups. These can shorten the size of your paddle, reverse the controls, and slow you down. Using the right special ability at the right time will help ensure your victory, but it's a struggle to make sure you don't accidentally use one of the bad ones. This game will probably entertain you, at least for a while. What's more? It's got two-player capability, through the game's options menu, but you might discover it's a bit hard to share one keyboard. Set the difficulty before you play if you want a more challenging experience. The default is beginner, but you may think you have some great pong skills.
