Begin by placing the avatar and saboteurs into two separate groups. Head to the northwest with the avatar far in the lead. Kill everything that moves, but don't destroy any structures. Capture the two required buildings with your saboteurs when the entire area is wiped clean. You will gain control of all the structures at the base.
When you're in control of the base, build first a crane, then a pair of air towers. Follow up with a hand of nod and build an emissary during the time that those are constructing. Build anti-air to deal with the vertigo bombers that attack from time to time. While your base is building up, use a flame tank to head to the east and clear all the marauders from the area from your base to the tiberium spikes. As far as military production, build several attack bikes, then make a pair of avatars and flame tanks to go with the emissary to the northeast to expand near the blue tiberium. It's recommended you deploy your emissary to the north near the second spike. Use your last two engineers, along with an extra to capture the buildings. Build five (or more) mutant marauders to help your forces hold the spike/expansion there. An obelisk or two buffed by beam cannons would be great, as well! When avatars attack you, send an engineer to repair them.
The Nod to the north have terrible air defenses, except around the temple of Nod, so venoms/vertigo bombers will be a huge asset. Upgrade your venoms at the tech center to improve their firepower. Send at first small waves at the enemy, taking care to repair your units in between runs on the enemy's air towers to the northwest, then scale it up as you continue to make more air units. The blue tiberium should really help, along with the spikes. In that light, don't let it go undefended and be sure to reinforce your army there. An obelisk on the left side of your base will go a long way in staving off any enemy stealth tank ambushes on your harvesters.
Weaken the enemy substantially with your air raids, then go for the big push with an assortment of Black hand and avatars. Send several saboteurs along the way to grab the tiberium silos (escort them!) and your bank will really be rolling. Finish off Killian, trying to save your air units for later. If you want to try to finish this using air units only, a mine drop just to the west of the temple will possibly kill a few stealth tanks for you.
With that done, the map will expand revealing GDI in the area. Attack first the ion cannon with your horde of venoms, then send a massive army at the base to the northeast. When tackling the Ion cannon a mine drop near the mammoths guarding the western side of the area will help a bit, and give you an idea how easy it's going to be. If you captured all three silos and held both spikes for most of the match you should be so wealthy the GDI will be pushovers. Just don't be foolish and let the GDI get to Killian.
