Thankfully, you start with a tech center in this mission. The first thing you should build is a pair of obelisks (use beam cannons to boost them!) and a shredder turret in the northwestern corner of your base. They can protect the harvesters there and the entrance from which most of the attacks will come. Upgrading your existing power plants will supplement these power-hogs. Your construction yard's priority one should be a second refinery to go to the southwest and the war factory can make one more harvester for each of the fields. Make a mobile group of six total stealth tanks (you start with four) and keep them hotkeyed to destroy devastator warships quickly when they come knocking from afar. A few avatars near your obelisks will help them to defend against tripods that come later.
Produce two avatars, two flame tanks, four stealth tanks, an emissary, and four saboteurs and head to the north. Leave your other forces to guard your base. Placing an avatar near (or in) the tiberium field is a good idea to prevent Nod mass attacks against your harvesters. Use your force with the saboteurs to go through the GDI base and around toward the silos. Keep your saboteurs and emissary far in the back to avoid fire (form a second group). The extras are to help should you have any accidents. If you lose them all hold near the base and send more, as they require escort.
When you finally reach the spikes, capture them with your saboteurs and set up a fast base. Build two obelisks here, along with another shredder turret and possibly some anti-air. The extra income will be great. Build two refineries and sell one, as usual.
You should be amassing a lot of tiberium. Use it to build a massive army. The northern expansion is a good place to build an air base and mass venoms. Make your first base the home to an additional war factory to produce more avatars and stealth tanks. Make black hand by the dozen to deal damage to infantry and take out structures while your stealth tanks cover the air. Wait out the assault and continue building units and micromanaging your defense to while the time away. Repair damaged avatars so they can gain ranks, along with repairing your harvesters which may get damaged from time to time. Repairing a harvester = free. Replacing a harvester = 1400 tiberium!
When the Scrin have finally blown a hole in the wall, set out to attack them with avatars, stealth tanks, black hand, rocket squads and venoms you have hopefully been building up. Don't spread out your forces too much, so that they can have an easier time with the enemy. Destroy the entire Scrin base, then use your remaining forces, along with a saboteur to go and stand next to the ion cannon control. Don't destroy it yet, first use a saboteur and make him stand next to the research lab, but don't capture it yet. Fire on the ion cannon, then use the saboteur to walk right in the research lab.
