Your goal is to reach the oracle with a marine frigate. This goal isn't very hard if you stick to the dust clouds. The paths you can take are clearly outlined on the sensors manager. Form a very large strike group (maybe just a bit bigger than in the last mission) and use waypoints to maneuver them along the right-most path (if you orient your view from the way the mothership is pointing). Don't leave the mothership unguarded. A few corvettes and fighters would be plenty to protect it and your carrier for the duration of the mission.
During the course of the mission if any of your units slip from the safety zone within the dust cloud return them immediately. You are given a short time before the Vagyr notice you, so don't panic. As you progress along the right path you will be informed that there are three vagyr fleets in the area. You're going to take out the right-most one first, then the middle and finally the one on the way to the oracle. This will make the mission much easier as the Vagyr won't be able to send reinforcements. When ion cannon frigates become available build some and have them rendezvous with your fleet on the way to the middle vagyr fleet.
The middle path is harder to navigate because you will have to set waypoints that gradually go up to remain within the dust cloud. When you've finished off the second garrison return to the mothership and replace any lost ships. Maneuvering down these paths does take some time so you can use that time and all the resources you've amassed to build three more carriers and give them production capabilities. Research all technologies along the way as well. The armor upgrades really improve the survivability of your ships.
The left-most path is the most heavily guarded of the three. Bring your marine frigates along but keep them well behind the action so they'll survive for when you're ready to investigate the oracle. Along the way you will encounter the final Vagyr garrison. Destroy it then halt your ships before approaching the oracle site.
You should now get up a total of four marine frigates and have them right behind your strike force. The oracle site is very heavily guarded so it's sure to be a rought fight. You can avoid victory by total annihilation by sneaking your marine frigates into the oracle during the battle. Clear a path for them and ignore unit losses because once one of the marine frigates makes it into the oracle the mission is over.
