This is your first encounter with naval units in this campaign. I'm not all that fond of naval combat in this game, or any other for that matter. But, it's necessary and not very difficult (at least on this level). You begin with 6 destroyers, 4 transports and 4 rocketeers. Use the rocketeers to destroy the grand cannons so you don't lose any destroyers. Then, (watch out for submarines, target them with the destroyers) move your destroyers toward the center of the beach within the enemy base. Destroy everything within their range (especially take out that Soviet shipyard) but concentrate on defensive structures first. The transports contain a large number of forces for you to begin with, including an MCV. Unpack this in a good area to begin your base (probably where the Soviet construction yard was). Begin your base, but be mindful of your defense. Keep some deployed GIs near the roads which lead into your base, otherwise it's fairly easy to make a large group of GIs take out the small Soviet group to the northeast (the flak cannon, sentry gun, tesla troopers) by making them charge for a building. Get inside and focus fire on the most dangerous targets.
Afterward I made it to the psychic amplifier with the group of rocketeers you are given for defeating that Soviet unit. If Flak half-tracks attack you, retreat near the building your infantry is controlling and they will eliminate it (if it chases your rocketeers). Afterward, return to the amplifier to inflict some more damage. This should be over shortly, you could even use some harrier strikes to take it out but I didn't even manage to get harriers built before I destroyed the amplifier. There is an unfortunate suprise beneath the amplifier, which you are powerless to stop.
