Obviously it's mission failed if that battle lab is destroyed. This mission is purely defensive in nature, you'll want equal defense on all entrances to your base. You can construct the mighty Apocalypse tank in this mission, at last! Build plenty of Tesla coils and ground forces but don't neglect the anti-air defense! Flak cannons and a couple moble flak tracks should be sufficient. If you attack the propaganda truck to the west which is working the Soviet crowd you can get maps of the entire area which can help immensely in warning you of incoming enemies. Also, the Allies will send spies to shut off your base power so keep multiple guard dogs stationed at all entrances. Other annoyances to watch out for: Snipers - yep they suck, use attack dogs to eliminate these. Additionally every once in a while Allied vehicles attack en masse. Keep an apocalypse tank at each entrance at all times and build more as your finances allow. Beware of prism tanks as they can cause quite some destruction from long range, destroy them with your Apocalypse tanks. This isn't such a difficult mission but it can be if you let your guard down.
