Use the tanks to clean up the area, and begin scouting with the infantry. Try to get most of the map revealed so you can see what's coming. You can construct tanks now, as well as a naval shipyard (which you should do early). Start producing submarines to defend the coast around your base. Then, when you have sufficient forces go hunting in the water. Take out the enemy fleet. There are two oil derricks to the northwest of your landing zone, so make an engineer and capture them early to get the most benefit. A medium (6 or so) group of rhino tanks and about twenty conscripts should be sufficient to raid the Allied base to the southwest. With their construction yard destroyed, they will sell all the buildings and send everything they have at you. Which probably isn't much. This was easy.
