Place your turrets to the north. Start building about ten mecha tengus at the mecha bay. Use the mecha tengus to clear your base of annoying bears, then have them help to defend with the turrets. You are going to want many mecha tengus and striker-vx units for this mission so you might as well get started while you wait on the shogun executioner. Don't bother with super weapons, they just aren't needed. Instead worry about getting about 20 mecha tengus and 20 striker-vx.

When the shogun executioner finally arrives, send it to the north toward the ramp. Destroy everything here, and work your way around to the upper level. Keep your anti-air units spread about your base. Mecha tengus in the air, and strikers on land. Keep both groups hotkeyed. After you've destroyed everything on the first ramp the shogun hits, Head around toward the upper level. Your goal here is to destroy everything except the V.I.P. bunker, which you'll capture with a sudden transport.

Clear everything around here except the V.I.P. bunker, stopping to get healed by tesla coils. Send a sudden transport loaded with engineers to grab the two oil derricks then put the left over engineers back in to grab the V.I.P. bunker. Don't do this until you're sure the shogun is safe, and have moved him to the northeastern section by the V.I.P. bunker.

When you've captured the bunker, the map will expand. Cross the channel and climb the ramp just to the northeast. You'll have another opportunity to heal here, which you should take advantage of. When you're full, destroy everything then walk into the water and move west. Get close to any dreadnoughts then use the secondary ability to wipe them all out. When you've reached the left-most ramp, you can climb up and reach the Kremlin. Clear everything out, and before you destroy it be sure to have at least six to ten mecha tengus in the air nearby. They might have to fight their way there. When you destroy the kremlin, the time machine will come out on a twinblade. Use your tengus to shoot it down and finish the mission.
