Begin by odering the tree of life to entangle the nearby gold mine. It will automatically move into range. You should also have the wisps harvest lumber while waiting the entanglement of the gold mine. Begin building six more wisps from your tree of life. You won't be able to finish all of them yet as you don't have the resources but prepare to do so when the time comes. You should have five wisps at the gold mine and four on nearby trees. The fourth wisp you build should create a moon well as you won't have the food for the fifth or sixth.
When your moon well is done and you have the wisps on the trees you can make your ancient of war. You'll want to build another wisp to build things as when wisps become trees they are lost. But when they build something inanimate like a moon well they return to you. You will need another moon well at any rate. Once you have all the Archers created (make more than the requirement if you like) it's time to get down to business. Just don't leave your base completely undefended. If things get sticky you can make your trees stand up (tree of life as last resort) and attack the enemies!
Optional Quest: Furbolg Village
Head southwest of your base and you'll encounter a Furbolg chieftain. For once they're not your enemies. They want you to locate ten of their missing people. Begin this search by heading to the north of your base. You'll find three archers who will join you. Just west of them are the first two furbolgs. Now go southwest of the furbolg camp. You can use the owl scout ability to find the two furbolgs there. Take Tyrande to them and they'll hurry back to the furbolg camp. Now go west of there and you'll encounter a small human encampment. Kill the three footmen here then destroy the tents. Inside, you'll find a scroll of protection and potion of healing for Tyrande.
Now send an owl scout almost straight north and try to reveal some of the map. Past the fountain of health (which you should use if you need it) and the gold mine then northwest of that you should see several raiders have three furbolgs held captive. Make your way to them, possibly fighting a couple minor battles. You will likely have to reinforce Tyrande with more archers from time to time. You should now have seven furbolgs found. We just need three more.
Cross the stream to the west and continue in that direction to find your eigth and ninth furbolgs then head to the south along the trees, destroying enemies you encounter. You'll find a spot where you can go west - take it. This is your tenth furbolg. If you have trouble finding him use your owl scout! Now return to the furbolg encampment
As your reward the furbolgs give you two normal furbolgs and a furbolg champion to aid you. This is great because we can't build any melee units. Now it's time to destroy the human camp which lies to the west. All you should need to do that are about eight Archers, Tyrande and the furbolgs. Cross the stream west of where you destroyed the small human camp and found the scroll of protection and potion earlier (south side of the map). Destroy the human tents and crates to the west of there and you'll find some healing wards. Very useful. I wouldn't use one here though. But, I would go ahead and use the scroll of protection as you begin your assault.
The Human/Orc hybrid base is not very well defended, which isn't suprising. When the paladin comes out to attack you focus your fire on him. When he uses his divine shield simply attack something else until his shield runs out. Piece of cake. If your units die just come back and finish him off.
