This mission can be hard because of the limited amount of units you can produce. You can capture a war factory to the east of your start location as well as a machine shop (all vehicles auto repair) as it's likely Yuri will destroy the war factory you start with when he launches the first nuclear strike. Use the Lightning storm on Yuri's base to the north. Yuri will then unfortunately nuke your power plants. Which leads to our problems in this mission. There are a limited number of units you can produce because of funding , limited types of units and worse, Yuri has a strong grip on the city.

I'm going to deal with these psychics by having a group of snipers hotkeyed at all times. Otherwise it's going to be a move slow and wipe Yuri off the map deal. My normal units will charge into battle after the snipers pick off the psychics and other infantry. I just don't want any unit I build to become an enemy because I don't have much to work with. Capture the power plants one by one and eventually Yuri's base will run out of power. Then you're free to use your weather machine on his base and eliminate the defenders. Ultimately, without power the gatling cannons guarding the base cannot function and your infantry will be able to finish off the nuclear silo. The MassiveSoft building is basically guarded like the other buildings in this area. Destroy resistance with snipers and end the occupation with some tank on tank action. My time: 12 minutes
